Leadership is Feminine

Leadership is...

Mar 31, 2025

As leaders I believe we all are responsible to intimately know and understand ourselves before we can ever stand in front of others to lead the way.

Leaders who abuse their power through manipulative tactics and abusive behavior or words may be effective, but they will never leave people better than they found them.

This is my personal goal. To leave the people who cross my path better for our time together.

Accountability is an expression of love and care if done ‘cleanly’. It doesn’t mean it won’t hurt…both parties. But holding one another accountable for commitments is the most honest of communication. But too many on this planet cannot accept being held accountable and so  blame and rationalizing or tolerance and hiding continue.

Leadership is above all else a responsibility in communication and behavior.

If you lead a business or a family or a movement, ask yourself…

-Do you know yourself?

-Your triggers?

-Can you correlate your emotions to your own mind or do you blame others and circumstances?

Are they following you because of real love and connection or fear of shame or worse?

-Do people tell you the truth or do they tell pretty lies to keep you comfortable?

These are tough questions.

But isn’t it time we expect this of ourselves and others?

Here, leadership is feminine, equity is non-negotiable, and every woman’s growth is vital; not optional. We believe love is love—and the more love, the better. Spirituality is personal, and every individual has the right to choose their own path. We respect facts, laws, and systems that create clarity and fairness for all. And above all, we know that the point of being human isn’t to judge or divide, but to expand—through connection, experience, and honoring what makes us different.
