The Manager Formula Live is an 8 module, digital management training course that is supplemented with one live group coaching call per week. Content included in the 8 modules:

  • Accountability & Firing: Accountability is your tool to engage, motivate, encourage and teach your employees. It is a positive part of the coaching process, not a cautionary part of progressive discipline. However, when employees don't meet expectations, firing is necessary task.
  • Setting up your 1:1 Practice: Designing a practice that ensures consistent feedback, connection and performance review with team members.
  • Coaching Algebra: Properly diagnose why performance gaps occur and how to remedy them quickly.

  • Each module contains instructional videos on the topic and a Student Workbook.
  • Live coaching calls facilitated with a Master Certified Leadership Coach, Michelle Arant
