  • I’ll be hosting a small, outdoor gathering January 24-26, 2025.
  • You and me and a few other women will spend each day together for about 4 hours.
  • We’ll look deeply at the truths we have lovingly learned, collected or ignored this past year and beyond.
  • We’ll dream and take deep plunges into magical ideas and whispers that want your attention.
  • And we’ll set some intentions and ground some very real plans to ensure you translate your magical wisdom into breathtaking realities back home.

If you’re new to me you may not know that I’ve led retreats in Hawaii, in this spot on the north shore, for 13 years. It’s funny how I chose to do these retreats so many years ago and now is the perfect time for this well-practiced and developed concept.

  • We will sit outdoors, under the beach pines, 50 feet from the ocean.
  • I will provide you with your reflection and wisdom gathering materials.
  • I will have beach chairs and special magic pens and journals for you.
  • I will be organizing lunches for our gathering days.
  • We will have a hosted, elegant group dinner at on property.
  • We won’t be indoors.
  • We won’t be getting dressed up.
  • Bathing suits and beach towels are required.
  • Flip flops are the shoes of choice.
  • And there will be no flip charts, PowerPoints or other technology. In fact, phones are off and left behind.

This isn’t what you may have come to expect from a mastermind or women’s leadership experience.

This is a gathering.

  • A circle of connection.
  • A come-as-you-are, let me guide and coach you, type of experience.
  • This is an experience unlike any other you’ve likely had.

And it’s not for everyone.

It’s intimate.

It’s casual.

There’s no hiding in the back.

It’s powerful.

It’s a little bit of woo mixed with a lot of practical wisdom and practical magic.

And it’s deeply moving, special and a never-ever-forget time.


Some things you need to know:

  • We will be at the The Ritz Carlton, Turtle Bay. There is a hotel and also  villas on the resort 

  • You can book a room at the hotel at

  • Look up available condos HERE

  • Turtle Bay is on the north shore of the island of Oahu. It’s about an hour from the Honolulu airport. You’ll need to rent a car, get a shuttle or ride-share.
  • There are two grocery stores close by to pick up food. I’m not sure how many of the restaurants or other tourist attractions are open right now.

Please do your due diligence regarding travel, accommodations, meals and transportation to confirm you’re comfortable with everything before committing.

Lastly, this is your trip.

I’m offering a few days to gather, sit and connect with me and other beautiful souls while you are on your trip.

I believe women should always invest in themselves.

Come alone and indulge in doing so.

Be with yourself.

Plan this for you.

Stay longer than just the retreat days. You won't regret doing so.

I understand I am responsible for all of my travel, accommodations and meals.

Kris Plachy will provide lunch on the days of the retreat(s). Lunches may be boxed, catered and/or served at a local restaurant. We will do our best to accommodate special dietary requests as best we can. One group dinner will be hosted as a part of my retreat registration.

I realize I am traveling at my own risk and will not hold Kris Plachy, Kris Plachy Coaching Group, Leadership Coach, LLC responsible for any and all potential illness, accidents or other disasters natural or man-made.

I understand my registration fee is non-refundable but can be transferrable IF the request is received within four weeks from the first day of retreat. 

Any requests made within the four week window prior to the retreat may be applied toward a future gathering or retreat. This decision is at the discretion of Kris Plachy and the Team at Visionary.CEO.

I understand there may be unexpected travel issues, cancellations, delays and/or restrictions imposed by the county, state and/or other legal entities and I agree to not hold Kris Plachy, Kris Plachy Coaching Group and/or The Visionary.CEO responsible for those restrictions/changes and/or cancellations.

I understand if for some reason Kris Plachy is unable to deliver the Gathering as scheduled, participants will be asked if they want a refund or to apply their funds to a future event. Kris Plachy assumes no responsibility for flight, hotel or other payments made by attendees in the event of an unexpected cancellation. Client is responsible for managing any additional expense refunds with the vendor they have paid.
