- Declare it. Name the one thing you want, out loud. Most people never actually do this part, and it changes everything.
- Tend it daily. Three minutes a day of intention on what you want. That is the whole practice. Small, on purpose, every day.
- Ask one question. Every day, ask yourself what is my next best step. Then take it. That is how a straight line gets walked.
- Bring it to the room. Once a week you get coached on where you are stuck, and I show you the blocks, the tired excuses, and the thinking that has been quietly running the show.
Give yourself thirty days at a time to lock in on one thing, in a room where every voice you hear each week is doing exactly the same. You have three of these stretches between September and the end of the year. Use them.

- You do not have to be in the seat to get the work. Watching another woman get coached on her version of your pattern is half the breakthrough.
- Every call is captured on the replay, so if you miss live you can still tune in and learn.
