How to Find Relief: A private container for the Sage Women who hold a lot.
We are living in destabilizing, disruptive times. Systems are loud. Leadership is fractured. The emotional load on wise, capable women is heavier than ever.
And still most women remain the steady ones.
The calm in the room. The ones others turn to. The ones who hold complexity without collapsing into it.
If this has always been you… and you're quietly exhausted by carrying so much, this space exists for you.
This is for the woman who is done repeating herself internally and externally.
You know the weight I'm talking about:
- Looping thoughts that steal your sleep and sabotage your clarity
- Overreacting and then recovering; the exhausting cleanup cycle that makes you question yourself
- Carrying too much emotional weight from your team, your family, your world
- Avoiding conversations (or bracing for them days in advance)
- Second-guessing decisions you've already made three times
- Pin-balling between emotional chaos and odd numbness, neither one feels like you
What if you could stop all of it?
Not manage it better. Not cope more gracefully. Actually stop the loop. End the chaos. Find real relief.
That's what this work delivers.
What Relief Actually Looks Like
Imagine waking up without the heaviness. No looping thoughts stealing your morning clarity.
Imagine entering hard conversations without dread and leaving them without the crash. No recovery cycle. No emotional hangover. Just clean, healthy response.
Imagine making decisions quickly, clearly, without the endless internal debate. Trusting yourself completely. Moving forward without second-guessing.
Imagine setting boundaries that actually hold, without guilt, without over-explaining, without wondering if you're "doing it right." Just solid, calm, unshakeable boundaries that protect your peace.
This isn't about becoming someone new. It's about becoming unavailable for the chaos that's been stealing your energy.
And when you do this work, everything changes: Your leadership becomes simpler. Your relationships become clearer. Your capacity expands in a way that is healthy. You get yourself back.
This is Sage work. And it starts March 10th.
How We'll Get You There
This isn't another program teaching you to think differently about your stress. This is the complete picture of what relief actually requires: the mental tools, the body-based practices, the biological foundations, and the structural support that creates sustainable change.
Understanding Your Nervous System: Why You React the Way You Do With Michelle Arant, Nervous System Specialist
Learn why your nervous system (not your willpower or discipline) drives your stress responses and reactivity. Understand how your body stores stress physically, why "just calm down" doesn't work when you're already activated, and how to create space between stimulus and response. This is where you learn that the constant feeling of walking a tightrope isn't a character flaw, it's your protective mechanisms keeping you in survival mode.
The Biology of Your Depletion: Why Hormones Matter More Than Mindset With Dr. Tracy Page, Founder of The Wisconsin Institute of Functional Medicine
Discover why you're biochemically depleted, hormonally dysregulated, and chronically overstimulated and why your brain is doing the best it can with the resources it has. Learn about the cortisol-nervous system loop that keeps high-achieving women trapped in depletion, and why addressing blood sugar stability, protein intake, and strategic rest aren't wellness tactics they're prerequisites for the regulation and relief you're seeking.
Practical Tools for Immediate Relief: Tapping With Melanie Fay, Certified Tapping & Trauma Coach
Learn one of the most accessible and effective tools for moving your nervous system out of stress and into relief: tapping. This isn't theory. You'll practice the technique hands-on for common triggers: difficult conversations, decision-making pressure, emotional overwhelm, and those moments when your inner critic takes over. You'll leave with a tool you can use in your car before a board meeting, at your desk when anxiety spikes, or at night when your mind won't stop racing.
Building Structural Support: Stop Carrying Everything Yourself With Buffy Pain Press, Executive Admin
Learn how to hire, onboard, and develop a flow relationship with your key support person so you can finally experience relief through abundant, mature personal support. Discover how to delegate effectively, build trust with your right hand, and create systems that mean the weight doesn't always land on you.
Navigating What's Actually Hard: Difficult People, Conversations & Decisions With Kris Plachy
Throughout the 12 weeks, you'll learn the practical application of all of this wisdom when your nervous system is activated and your body is screaming at you to avoid, appease, or attack. You'll explore how to navigate difficult people without abandoning yourself. How to have hard conversations without the dread before or crash after. How to make clear decisions when you're second-guessing yourself. How to set boundaries that actually hold. And how to trust yourself even when the path forward isn't clear.
This is the integration you've been missing: understanding why you feel the way you do, addressing the biological reality of your depletion, learning body-based tools that work in the moment, building the support structures that create space, and developing the capacity to handle what's hard without losing yourself in the process.
What You'll Walk Away With
By the end of these 12 weeks, you will have:
- Dissolved the loops – No more repetitive thought patterns stealing your sleep and clarity
- Ended the recovery cycle – Clean, healthy responses instead of overreacting and cleaning up the mess
- Released what you were never meant to carry – Emotional weight that belongs to others stays with them
- Mastered difficult conversations – No more avoiding or bracing days in advance
- Decisions without agony – Quick, clear choices without endless internal debate
- Boundaries that hold – Solid, calm, unshakeable protection of your peace and energy
- Regulated your nervous system – The capacity to stay steady when everything around you isn't
- Built mature support systems – You're no longer the only one holding everything
This is deep work. And it's practical.
You'll walk away with tools you use daily, frameworks that rewire your responses, and the internal shift that makes everything easier.

The Truth About Relief
You've been the steady one for so long, you've forgotten what it feels like to not carry the weight.
You've normalized the chaos. The loops. The emotional overhead. The exhaustion.
But here's what you need to know: Relief isn't something you earn after you've done enough, proven enough, or fixed enough.
Relief is what makes everything else possible.
When you're no longer spending emotional energy on loops, recovery cycles, and internal chaos, you have that energy available for your vision, your leadership, your life.
When you trust yourself completely, decisions become easy. Conversations become clean. Boundaries become automatic.
When your nervous system is regulated, you show up as the leader you've always been capable of being, without the cost.
This is what changes when you do this work:
The heaviness lifts. The noise quiets. You become unavailable for the chaos.
And the ripple effect is extraordinary: Your team feels it. Your family feels it. You feel it.
You Are The Asset
And this is an investment in the part of you that makes everything else possible.
Relief isn't a luxury. It's required.
And the world needs the steady ones steady.
Join us March 10th.

The Agenda
Week 1 — You're Not Broken, You're Wired This Way You've tried to calm down. You've told yourself to stop overreacting. You've pushed through, white-knuckled it, and wondered why nothing sticks. This lesson starts with the truth: the way you're responding to stress isn't a character flaw — it's your biology doing exactly what it was designed to do. We'll look at what's actually happening in your body when business gets hard, why there's a reason telling yourself to relax doesn't work, and why you swing between wired and completely wiped out. Understanding this changes everything — because you can't work with something you don't understand.
Week 2 - The Conversations You've Been Avoiding and the Decisions You Keep Second-Guessing You now know your stress responses are biology, not weakness. So we'll talk about where that biology shows up most, the employee conversation you've been putting off for three weeks, the client you keep accommodating even though the relationship isn't working, the decision that's been sitting on your desk because every time you think about it, something in you shuts down. This lesson is about the real cost of avoidance, what actually gets in the way of hard conversations and clear decisions, and how to start moving through both with less dread and more confidence.
Week 3 — Why Your Body Remembers Every Hard Meeting You've Ever HadThat pit in your stomach before a difficult conversation? The way your shoulders are up around your ears by noon? The overreaction that surprised even you? Your body keeps a running record of every stressful experience and it shapes how you show up as a leader today. This week we'll connect the physical sensations you've been ignoring to the leadership patterns you've been trying to fix, and start to understand why logic alone hasn't been enough to change them.
Week 4 — The Tools That Actually Work (And Why the Ones You've Tried Haven't)Deep breathing felt silly. Meditation didn't stick. Pouring a glass of wine at the end of the day is a coping mechanism, not a solution. This week we build your personal regulation toolkit; practical, fast, and grounded in actual science. You'll leave with specific tools that match the real moments in your business day: before a hard conversation, after a meeting that went sideways, at the end of a day that emptied you out.
Week 5 -Â Tapping for Immediate Relief w/Melanie Fay, Tapping Coach
Tapping is one of the most accessible and effective tools for moving your nervous system out of stress and into relief, yet most women have heard of it but never actually applied it. Melanie Fay, a certified tapping and trauma coach, will teach you why tapping works on a physiological level, how it interrupts the stress response in real time, and the specific tapping points and sequences that calm your amygdala and signal safety to your nervous system. This isn't theory...you'll practice the technique hands-on for common triggers like difficult conversations, decision-making pressure, and emotional overwhelm. You'll leave this session with a practical skill you can use anywhere, anytime: in your car before a board meeting, at your desk when anxiety spikes, or at night when your mind won't stop racing.
Week 6 — From Reactivity to RegulationKnowing something and living it are two different things. It’s one thing to understand nervous system regulation. It’s another to access it when the pressure hits. In this session, you’ll identify the version of yourself who handles hard things with clarity and the version who reacts, overextends, or checks out. You’ll learn what’s happening in your nervous system in each state, map where your edges are, and build the skill of finding your way back to center more consistently. This is where regulation stops being a concept and becomes a lived practice - something you can rely on in real conversations, real decisions, and real leadership moments.
Week 7 - How to Be Supported—Building Your Right Hand w/Buffy Payne Press
The Executive Assistant role is the most critical position for successful CEOs, yet most of us leave it to luck when it comes to finding the right person. Buffy Payne Press, Kris's Executive Administrator and Sage Concierge, will lead this session to help you understand what your expectations should actually be of your EA, how to look for the qualities you need, what to ask of the role, and how to help them help you. You'll learn the strategy that goes into that "luck", how to hire, onboard, and develop a flow relationship with your key support person so you can finally experience relief through abundant, mature personal support. Because your heart can't rest when you're carrying everything alone, and the right EA changes everything.
Week 8 — The State Your Bring Into the Room Your team feels your stress before you ever speak. And the decisions you regret most were likely made from pressure, not clarity. We’ll unpack how your nervous system affects hard conversations and high-stakes calls and give you a simple way to lead and decide from a regulated place instead of reactivity.
Weeks 9 -Â The Biology of Depletion w/Dr. Tracy Page
Learn why you're biochemically depleted, hormonally dysregulated, and chronically overstimulated and why your brain is doing the best it can with the resources it has. Dr. Tracy Page will explain the cortisol-nervous system loop that keeps high-achieving women trapped in patterns of depletion, and why addressing blood sugar stability, protein intake, and strategic rest aren't wellness tactics, they're prerequisites for the regulation and relief you're seeking. This session reframes your exhaustion: you're not broken, you're biologically depleted.
Week 10 -Â Hormones and the Changing Female Brain w/Dr. Tracy Page
Discover how estrogen and progesterone shape your cognitive flexibility, emotional resilience, and decision-making capacity and why perimenopause and menopause fundamentally alter your neurochemistry (not your competence). Dr. Tracy Page will show you why you feel more emotionally reactive, less resilient, and less confident in your decisions during hormonal transitions, and what your body actually needs to support you through this change. You're not losing your edge, your biology is shifting, and understanding that changes everything.
 Week 11 - The Vagus Nerve—Your Body's Reset System w/Mike Plachy, CFMT
Your vagus nerve is part of your essential operating system, controlling everything from your heart rate and digestion to your ability to feel calm and regulated. When it's disrupted, you experience symptoms that seem unrelated—anxiety, gut issues, chronic fatigue, brain fog, tension that won't release—but are deeply connected to vagal dysfunction.
Week 12 — Who You Are as a Leader NowYou started this program because something wasn't working. This last week we look at what's changed, not just what you've learned, but who you've become. We'll integrate everything from the program, name what's shifted in how you lead, and build the language to carry this forward. This isn't the end of the work. It's the beginning of doing it as someone who knows herself.
