Our Philosophy
We don't teach women how to plan retreats. We teach them how to become the kind of leader who changes a room.
Most retreat resources focus on tactics. How to sell. How to fill seats. How to price. That is not what we do here. Retreat Mastery exists to help women who feel called to gather others understand the wisdom and art of the experience itself.
Because if you go straight to the packaging without doing the inner work first, you might fill the room. But will you change it?

Phase One ยท Hawaii
You come on retreat.
Before you can create an unforgettable retreat for others, you have to experience one yourself. You will join Kris in Hawaii for a retreat designed specifically for women who feel called to lead and gather. This is not optional. It is the foundation of everything that follows.
You will live the three-day arc. You will experience what it feels like to be held in a room where intuition guides every question. You will understand from the inside what makes a retreat transformational rather than merely pleasant. And you will begin to see your own retreat taking shape.

We build your method.
After the retreat, you will join a small cohort of women for six weeks of guided work with Kris. Together you will use your personal retreat experience as the discovery process for building your own retreat method. What moved you. What shifted you. What you want to create for the women you gather.
This is not about copying Kris's approach. It is about using the retreat as a mirror to find your own. The six weeks are where your philosophy, your questions, your signature experience begin to take form. You will leave with a method that is distinctly and completely yours.

My first retreat was in a Hawaii ballroom with no windows.
I have been leading retreats for 15 years now. And I felt called to do this since my children were young, long before I had the opportunity to make it real. I just know the power of women gathering. I have always known it.
Through the work I have done with women, I recognized that there is a whole other level of transformation that happens when you honor the individual, truly see the person, and at the same time allow the energy of the group to move through the transformation as well. I have learned how to create an inclusive experience that women return to year after year.
I know there are so many people who are hosting retreats and want to host retreats, and I think it is fantastic. We need more of this. I would like to add my voice and my experience to what is possible as these gatherings continue to expand and provide a much needed space for so many of the different gaps that women encounter in life and in business.
