What does the relentless pursuit of the business and life I love look like?
Dear Sage,
You already know what this room is. You have been in it. What follows is what I am building for next year, and why I want you to come back.
This year I am holding a question, and I am holding it for myself as much as for the women I work with. What does the relentless pursuit of the business and life I love look like?
It is one thing to have a vision. It is another to keep showing up for it. To take the small action, the hard action, the action that might unravel something you thought was settled. To stay present with what you said you wanted, long after the moment of inspiration has passed. That is the work. That is what Sage is built for.
The women who do this best are not the ones with the most time, or the cleanest org charts, or the easiest year. They are the ones who decide, again and again, that the life they want is worth the discomfort of becoming the woman who can hold it.
If that is the question alive in you right now, there's more to do.
You already know. This is just a remembering.
Sage is for the woman who recognizes the importance of high level conversations in intimate environments, with powerful facilitation, and the willingness to be challenged to explore and answer questions she has not asked herself before.
She is the woman who needs to fill herself back up with new insights and new ideas she can actually integrate into her life and her business, not just collect.
She has an aspirational vision she has yet to achieve, and she knows she is ready. The itch may be to sell. To scale so she can step away. To totally redesign her team because she is exhausted. It may also be the very real personal things that have happened in her life while she has been building this business, the things that do not fit neatly into a strategy session but absolutely shape how she leads.
Sage is for the woman who knows that she is the asset. And that taking care of the asset is not optional.
Gatherings. Advising. Connecting. Coaching.
The Kickoff
The refresher we all need. How to lead others, and ourselves, through growth, change, and new milestones. We open the year near my home in Northern California and return to the core framework we always come back to. The one that holds us when we are making hard decisions, navigating difficult moments, or pivoting into something new. The ground floor of everything that follows.
The Dreaming Day
A private day of mastermind together, followed by an elegant dining experience. Disney is the backdrop, but the work is dreaming on purpose. Permission to want what you want, and to say it out loud in a room that will hold it.
The Hawaii Retreat
A change this year. Instead of Turtle Bay, I am renting a beautiful home on the Big Island with four bedrooms. The intimacy of a private house, the warmth of beginning a new year in a place that asks you to slow down and remember.
A limited number of in-house rooms will be available on a first come, first served basis for an additional fee.
The Quest
It is no secret I'm dying to walk the highlands and peek inside castles and touch ancient stones. Scotland calls to me and I'm working through the details to make this work.
The Spring Gathering
Another big, beautiful home, this time in Montecito. Private. Intimate. The kind of place that lets conversation deepen because no one is performing for the room next door. By March we will know each other, and the work goes further.
A limited number of in-house rooms will be available on a first come, first served basis for an additional fee.
The Asset
We close the year with full self indulgence, care, and love, paired with conversations that help us better understand how to keep taking care of ourselves. You are the asset. This is the gathering that lets that truth land somewhere deeper than a sentence on a page.
The real work happens in the continuity.
Five gatherings would be powerful on their own. But the women I have seen transform most are not the ones who simply showed up to the events. They are the ones who kept the conversation going in between.
This year, Voxer is at the center of how we work. Not as a feature. As the actual mechanism.
This is where the flow of your thinking stays alive. Where we triage what came up this morning rather than waiting for the next call. Where the breakthrough at dinner in Montecito has somewhere to land three weeks later when you are back in your real life trying to make it true.
You will also have access to twice monthly live drop in coaching calls with me on Zoom. Office hours, in the most generous sense of the term. Come with what is here. Leave with more clarity than you walked in with.
And the resources I have built inside Sage over the last four years are yours throughout.
Two paths into the same room.
This is a significant investment, and I do not pretend otherwise. It is also an investment in the woman you are continuing to become, the version of yourself you have been quietly aspiring toward. That woman is worth this. So is the year you are about to give her.
