Sage 26/27 — An Invitation from Kris Plachy
Sage 26 / 27

What does the relentless pursuit of the business and life I love look like?

An InvitationSeptember 2026 through July 2027From Kris Plachy

Dear Sage,

You already know what this room is. You have been in it. What follows is what I am building for next year, and why I want you to come back.

This year I am holding a question, and I am holding it for myself as much as for the women I work with. What does the relentless pursuit of the business and life I love look like?

It is one thing to have a vision. It is another to keep showing up for it. To take the small action, the hard action, the action that might unravel something you thought was settled. To stay present with what you said you wanted, long after the moment of inspiration has passed. That is the work. That is what Sage is built for.

The women who do this best are not the ones with the most time, or the cleanest org charts, or the easiest year. They are the ones who decide, again and again, that the life they want is worth the discomfort of becoming the woman who can hold it.

If that is the question alive in you right now, keep reading.

Who Sage Is For

You already know. This is just a remembering.

Sage is for the woman who recognizes the importance of high level conversations in intimate environments, with powerful facilitation, and the willingness to be challenged to explore and answer questions she has not asked herself before.

She is the woman who needs to fill herself back up with new insights and new ideas she can actually integrate into her life and her business, not just collect.

She has an aspirational vision she has yet to achieve, and she knows she is ready. The itch may be to sell. To scale so she can step away. To totally redesign her team because she is exhausted. It may also be the very real personal things that have happened in her life while she has been building this business, the things that do not fit neatly into a strategy session but absolutely shape how she leads.

Sage is for the woman who knows that she is the asset. And that taking care of the asset is not optional.

Why We Gather

Life adds up.

You are the linchpin. For the business, for the team, for the family, for the operations of the life you have built. None of it runs without you. That is the truth of being the woman you are, and it is also the cost.

You cannot run your motor all the time. If you do, the belief in yourself quietly shrinks, even as the achievements pile up. Your capacity to hold your big dreams gets smaller, not larger, the more you carry without rest. You will not feel it as a crisis. You will feel it as a low, persistent dimming of what once felt possible.

This is why we gather. To stop. To rest. To recalibrate. To learn how to take time for ourselves without guilt, and to relish the value of our own company alongside the company of other women who understand what we are holding. That is a kind of superpower in its own right, and it is what makes the rest of your life worth living into. Because the woman you have built cannot savor the life she built if she never stops running.

The Year Together

The year we will walk together.

September 29 - 30 · El Dorado Hills, California

The Kickoff

The refresher we all need. How to lead others, and ourselves, through growth, change, and new milestones. We open the year near my home in Northern California and return to the core framework we always come back to. The one that holds us when we are making hard decisions, navigating difficult moments, or pivoting into something new. The ground floor of everything that follows.

December 10 - 11 · New York City

Holiday Sparkles

A masterminding day in the Big Apple, followed by a private dining experience at the Blue Box Cafe at Tiffany's. We close the year together over a meal in a room that only holds fourteen, which is exactly the size of this room anyway. Holiday in New York, sparkles, sisterhood, and the satisfaction of having walked the year together.

Limited to 14 Sages, the seating capacity of the Blue Box Cafe.

January 8 - 10 · Big Island, Hawaii

The Hawaii Retreat

We begin the new year in Hawaii, away from the rhythms of daily life, in a place that asks you to slow down and look up. There is something about the Big Island, the horizon of the sea stretching out beyond what your day-to-day mind can hold, that makes the dreams you have been quietly carrying feel possible again. We let the ocean do some of the work that words cannot.

March 10 - 13 · Carmel, California

The Spring Gathering

Carmel by the sea. Cypress and fog and quiet light. Carmel is the kind of place you can truly relax, and it is also filled with charm, delicious restaurants, and beautiful, unique boutiques and shops. We will chat about where you are, and we will also explore all the fun things together. A special treat if you have never been.

June 23 - 25 · Canyon Ranch, Lenox, Massachusetts

The Asset

We close the year with full self indulgence, care, and love, paired with conversations that help us better understand how to keep taking care of ourselves. You are the asset. This is the gathering that lets that truth land somewhere deeper than a sentence on a page.

A Gift, For the First Eleven

The 21 Royal Experience

October 21 - 22 · Disneyland

Last year, I hosted my clients at the 21 Royal Experience at Disney for the first time. It was, by every measure, the most magical event we have ever done together. Playful. Inspired. Another level entirely. I am thrilled to do it again.

For this coming year, I am holding eleven seats for the Sages who say yes early. This is not on the agenda. It is not part of the price. It is my gift to the women who claim their place first, and a way to begin our year with the kind of moment none of us will forget.

Saving your seat with the link below is what holds your place among the first eleven.

Limited to 11 Sages. The experience accommodates 12, and the twelfth seat is mine.

Between the Rooms

The real work happens in the continuity.

The gatherings alone would be powerful. But the women I have seen transform most are not the ones who simply showed up to the events. They are the ones who kept the conversation going in between.

This year, Voxer is at the center of how we work. Not as a feature. As the actual mechanism.

This is where the flow of your thinking stays alive. Where we triage what came up this morning rather than waiting for the next call. Where the breakthrough at dinner in Carmel has somewhere to land three weeks later when you are back in your real life trying to make it true.

You will also have access to twice monthly live drop in coaching calls with me on Zoom. Office hours, in the most generous sense of the term. Come with what is here. Leave with more clarity than you walked in with.

And the resources I have built inside Sage over the last four years are yours throughout.

The Investment

Two paths into the same room.

Every woman who comes to Sage arrives in a different place in her own journey. Some of you are ready for everything. Some of you are ready for something a little more spacious. Both are honored here.

Sage is offered to meet you where you are. What follows are two ways to walk this year together. Read both, and let yourself feel which one is yours.
