The way I work is a little sneaky.

Here is the thing. I know what you need right now better than you do. And I know you do not love hearing that, because you are usually the one who knows.

But I also know a quieter truth about you. Some part of you is tired of being the one with all the answers. Some part of you wishes someone actually knew, so you could put it down for a minute.

But she is not the brain that pivots, reinvents, or solves the thing you have not been able to solve. For that you need the quieter mind. The one that can actually hear your own wisdom. And you cannot reach her while you are inside your life, answering to your team, your calendar, and everyone who needs you.

So I have to steal you away to get her attention.

That is what the Salon is. One half day, in person, with no more than 10 women. All of them leading multimillion dollar businesses. All of them women who know how to get it done. And all of them ready for the next thing they have not yet figured out.

This is not a workshop you sit in and watch. It is a room you work in. You will be in the seat. I will coach you directly, out loud, in front of the others, because that is where the real shifts happen. You will name the one thing you most want and have not made happen, and together we will find what is actually in your way. Usually it is one belief. And it is rarely what you think.

You will be heard. You will be seen. And yes, you will be challenged, just enough to remember how much you, and what you want, actually matter.
