1️⃣ The business exists for the customer, not for you: Shifting your perspective to prioritize your customer's needs can be a game changer. It allows you to be more tolerant of mistakes, reduces stress, and lets things happen naturally. But remember, this doesn't mean that things can get sloppy or that accountability goes out the window.
2️⃣ Building a great team is crucial: Success in any business relies on having a strong team. As your business or organization grows, it's important to bring in people with diverse skill sets to handle areas you may not be an expert in. Think finance, marketing, social media, operations, and customer service. Surrounding yourself with the right team members is key to your business's success.
3️⃣ Your identity is tied to your business: Many visionary leaders struggle with separating themselves from their business. But as the business evolves, it's important to think of yourself as an asset to your business and understand your role within it. Release control, focus on what the business needs, and tell its story without always including yourself.
